  • 1 beaten egg
  • Whole purpose flour
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of garlic granules
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 6 boneless chicken breast fillets
  • 30g butter
  • 415 ml chicken stock
  • 6 slices of lemon for garnish
  • sprigs of fresh parsley

How to make

  1. Mix eggs, ½ tablespoon of lemon juice in a bowl. In another bowl mix plain flour, the granules of garlic, and paprika. Dip the pieces of chicken in the egg mixture and wrap the chicken on both sides with the flour mixture.

  2. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the pieces of chicken in medium heat until it turns golden brown in color

  3. Mix the stock and the lemon juice in a bowl and pour the mixture over the chicken in the frying pan. Then simmer and cook it in the mild flame until the wrath becomes thick in consistency.

  4. Turn off the heat and garnish it with freshly chopped parsley.
