Easy Chicken Curry Recipe

- 500g of chicken, bone-in
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 bay leaf to enhance the taste
- 4 or 5 cloves according to your taste
- 2 inch of cinnamon stick
- 3 or 4 green cardamoms
- 2 green chillies, sliced perfectly
- 3 onion of medium size
- 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- ½ cup of tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of red chilli powder
- 2 tsp of garam masalas
- 2 tbsp of coriander leaves
- 1 cup of hot water
- The salt according to your taste
How to make
For the purpose of preparing the dish of chicken kebab, you do not need to marinate the chicken at first. All you have to do is to wash the bone-in chicken pieces well and drain it to make it pat-dry.
Once the chicken is all cleared up, you have to take the pan and heat the oil in it. After noticing the little bubbles in the oil, add all the dry spices as has been mentioned in the ingredients list to it. Let it fry for a minute or two until it spreads an enticing aroma. Add onion and chillies afterwards. Fry them until they turn all golden.
Now, add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric and salt to it. Stir a little and again add the ginger garlic paste. Stir again until the raw smell of the ginger is all gone. Now, you have to add the chicken, garam masalas and mint leave to smell good. Stir it for 3 good minutes until the meat turns white.
